Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a night shift travel contract in Texas, with Level II or III NICU experience preferred.

Details

  • Position is in a hospital NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
  • Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts, 18:45–07:00
  • Every other weekend required
  • Two contract options available: one for 36 hours/week and one for 48 hours/week
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
  • Minimum of 2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
  • NICU experience required; Level II or Level III NICU experience strongly preferred

Additional Information

  • The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including testing for marijuana — a positive result is an automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid any substances that could result in a positive test, including CBD products
  • Candidates must reside more than 150 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
