Description
American Traveler is seeking an RN for an Emergency Department Inpatient Hold position working night shifts in a hospital setting, with ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
Details
- Works in the Emergency Department managing inpatient hold patients
- Preferred ability to also take general ED patients in addition to hold patients
- Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30 (7p–7:30a)
- 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active CT or Compact RN license required
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS or ENPC, and TNCC
- COVID vaccination card required for consideration
- References required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to inpatient hold patients within the Emergency Department
- All BLS and ACLS certifications must be issued by the American Heart Association
- PALS or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification is accepted
- Local candidates are accepted for this position; local rates may apply depending on candidate's state of residence
