Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a travel Emergency Department position requiring an OH or compact RN license in hand and a minimum of 18 months of permanent ED experience.

Details

• Hospital Emergency Department setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Every other holiday coverage required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent (non-travel) ED experience required prior to traveling
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required and must be in hand at time of consideration
• TNCC preferred
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; acceptable scores on both are required to continue the assignment
• Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months across any assignments within this health system, and must wait a minimum of 6 months before starting a new assignment within this health system
