American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week SNF assignment in Hawaii.

Requirements
- Active OT license required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience
- Relevant rehabilitation certifications (e.g., ASHA, CHT, ACP Training) as applicable

Additional Information
- Responsible for functional evaluation of SNF patients and developing individualized purposeful activity programs to maximize physical and mental functioning in daily life tasks
- Additional hours may be available when regular staff are on vacation or leave
- COVID-19 vaccination not required for this position
