Description

American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC-SLP certification and at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week home health assignment in the Bardstown, KY area.

Details

Home health (post-acute) care setting
Day shift schedule, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Requirements

Active state SLP license — must be active at time of consideration; pending licenses will not be accepted (license required if applicable)
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) — active and in good standing; pending certifications will not be accepted
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed SLP
Valid driver's license required for consideration
2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked — must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

13-week contract in a home health setting serving a post-acute patient population
Orientation is approximately 12 hours
