Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 5 years of experience and ARRT (MRI) certification for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital and outpatient setting.
Details
- Hospital and outpatient MRI setting
- Equipment includes 3.5T and 1.5T GE magnets
- Epic Radiant EMR used
- 12-hour evening/overnight shifts from 2:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Tuesday through Thursday
- 32 hours per week
- On-call required approximately 2–3 times per week
- Holiday coverage required (1 major, 1 minor holiday)
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of MRI technologist experience
- Current BLS and ARRT certification in MRI
- Strong IV skills required
- Proficiency with Epic Radiant preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- State license required if applicable
Additional Information
- Clinical technologists are present alongside MRI techs at all times
- Black scrubs are required
