Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position at a community hospital, requiring at least 12 months of L&D experience and AWHONN certification on night shifts.

Community hospital Labor & Delivery unit
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements

Valid VA or Compact RN license required
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN (Intermediate or Advanced)
Minimum 12 months of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
Graduation from an accredited nursing school (ACEN or CCNE accreditation); diploma, ADN, or BSN accepted; BSN preferred
2 professional references at supervisor level or above required for consideration

Additional Information

Local candidates are welcome to apply at the same rate
Candidates must not have been employed by VCU Health within the previous 6 months
Travelers are not guaranteed holidays off; any time-off requests must be submitted in advance
Drug, tobacco, and smoke-free workplace — smoking is not permitted anywhere on campus
