Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an IMC/Stepdown position requiring a minimum of one year of critical care experience and night shift availability.

Details

• Work in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU/Stepdown) at a hospital facility
• Night shift schedule: 7pm–7am, 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Some weekend shifts required
• Holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or Compact license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum one year of recent critical care/ICU experience required
• Proficiency in intermediate care monitoring, IV starts, lab draws/sample collection, and titrating critical drips
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Must reside more than 30 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Royal blue scrubs required and are not provided by the facility
• Minimal to no RTO (time off requests) — candidates should be aware of this expectation prior to applying
• Candidates living between 31–50 miles from the facility are subject to a reduced travel pay rate
• 13-week assignment with possibility of extension
