Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of experience for a weekend day shift position in Richmond, VA.
Details
- Located in an MRI department within an acute care hospital setting in Richmond, VA
- Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
- Active and applicable state license required, if applicable
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required (two required for candidates licensed in Florida or Missouri)
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Unit is semi friendly you get floated a lot in your first month of contact you all all the supplies you need. Over time is always available
Cons
Resources for your unit some are helpful others are not. If you have to use a timesheet for your pay the CNC doesn’t like that hopefully agency can upgrade that.
