Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in El Paso, TX, requiring at least 1 year of recent ER experience and active TX or compact RN licensure.

Details

  • Night shift position, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 13-week contract
  • Emergency Department (ER) setting

Requirements

  • Active TX or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in the Emergency Department specialty
  • Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC accepted), ACLS, TNCC, CPI (or approved equivalent: SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA), and NIH Stroke Scale
  • No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
  • US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted
  • One professional reference required
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
  • CPI alternatives such as SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA may be accepted in lieu of CPI based on facility requirements
