Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in San Antonio, TX, requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent OR experience.

Details

  • Works in a hospital surgical/operating room unit
  • Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active TX or compact RN license required
  • BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent OR/surgical nursing experience required
  • US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
  • One professional reference required
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
  • Certifications must be from AHA or ARC and valid for at least 30 days beyond the assignment start date
