Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a Level III neonatal intensive care position requiring AHA BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications with a minimum of 2 years of neonatal ICU experience.
Details
- Night shift schedule: 1900–0730, three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating days
- Level III NICU setting
- Voluntary call required
- Float experience in PEDS or PICU is a significant plus
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current AHA BLS, AHA PALS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
- Level III NICU experience required at minimum
- Must have worked in the NICU specialty within the last 3 months
- Two supervisory references required: one from the past year and one from within the past two years
- DOB and SSN required for consideration
- RNC or CCRN certification preferred
- Previous neonatal transport experience preferred
- Previous experience attending deliveries for neonatal resuscitation preferred
Additional Information
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days for this assignment
- Candidates with any prior hits on their license will not be considered
- All employment gaps of one month or longer must be documented and explained in work history
