Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown/PCU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience, Epic proficiency, and night shift availability.

Details

Stepdown/PCU unit in a hospital setting
Adult and geriatric patient population
Patient ratio of 1:4
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other weekend (EOW) required
Block scheduling in effect
Floating required as needed
Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

Active RN license — Tennessee (TN) or Compact license required
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
