Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position specializing in cardiac and pulmonary patients, with ventilator experience required for night shifts.
Details
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in an acute care hospital setting
- Patient population consists of cardiac and pulmonary cases
- Ventilator management is a core component of patient care on this unit
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MD or Compact RN license required
- Ventilator experience required
- Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed facility experience required)
- Current BLS certification required
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- One professional reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
- Provide progressive care nursing to cardiac and pulmonary patients, including ventilator management
