Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Coronary Care ICU (CICU) position requiring 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience and Epic proficiency, working night shifts at a hospital setting.
Details
- Work in a 12-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)
- Patient population includes cardiac ICU patients, overflow from Medical ICU, RRT/rapid response patients, and other critical care diagnoses
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage per unit need
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Active MD or Compact RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience required
- Level II trauma center experience required
- Experience at a comparable large facility (500+ beds) required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Active licensure required for consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide critical care nursing to cardiac ICU and overflow critical care patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
- 13-week contract
