Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU travel position in Sioux City, IA, requiring at least 2 years of ICU experience and active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications.
Details
- ICU setting within a hospital environment
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
- 36 or 48 hours per week available
- Every third weekend required
- No on-call requirements
- Floating within the same discipline across local campuses may be required
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Active IA RN license or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), CPI, and TNCC
- Driver's license required for consideration
- One supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within the past 2 years required for consideration
Additional Information
- Contributes professional and clinical knowledge in the provision and management of care to ICU patients as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Candidates who were employed by this facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible
- Travelers are expected to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's
- RTO is limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday blackout periods, regardless of holidays worked
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
