Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in San Marcos, CA, requiring ARRT (M) certification and documented screening and diagnostic experience.

Details

• Outpatient medical office setting in San Marcos, CA
• Performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures; stereotactic and needle localization experience is a plus
• Weekend shifts: 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday (8:30 AM – 9:00 PM) focused on screening
• Weekday shifts: Two 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday performing screening and diagnostic imaging
• 40 hours per week
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active ARRT (M) certification required
• CA Mammography license required if applicable; all licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted
• Minimum of 200 mammography studies completed within the last two years
• 15 CEUs in breast imaging completed within the last three years
• Proof of completion of a formal mammography education program
• Both screening and diagnostic mammography experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
