Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Rural Med/Surg position at an acute care hospital, requiring at least 2 years of experience and the ability to take on occasional charge nurse duties on night shift.

Details

Rural community acute care hospital setting
Medical/Surgical unit serving both adult and pediatric patients, with PCU-level care
Night shift schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Typical patient ratio of 5:1 with Avel tele-intensivist support
Pediatric admissions are possible
13-week contract

Requirements

Active NM or Compact RN license currently in hand
Current BLS and PALS certifications required
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
Ability to perform occasional charge nurse duties

Additional Information

Bilingual skills are not required but are considered a helpful asset
DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
