Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital cardiopulmonary unit, working 12-hour day shifts with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.

Details

• Cardiopulmonary department in an acute care hospital setting
• 13-week contract
• Day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 3x12-hour shift schedule

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent cardiac sonography experience
• Active licensure required, if applicable — no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
• No gaps in employment of 90 or more days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Up to 5 days of RTO is permitted but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a reduced pay package
• Local candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this facility; after completing 3 consecutive contracts, a minimum 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the 50-mile radius is required
