Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and Epic proficiency for a travel contract across multiple trauma-level facilities.

Details

• Positions available across multiple hospital settings, including Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 trauma centers
• Average patient volume of 15 patients per day
• Equipment used includes DR, OEC C-Arm, 3D C-Arm, and GE Elite C-Arm
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Rad Tech experience required
• At least 1 prior travel contract preferred
• ARRT certification required
• Active state license required; Iowa license required (compact accepted), Wisconsin license required where applicable — license required if applicable
• Proficiency with DR, OEC C-Arm, 3D C-Arm, and GE Elite C-Arm required
• Epic EMR experience required
• One supervisory reference required for consideration
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates may be considered at some locations at a reduced rate)
• Must not have been employed by the facility within the last 12 months

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to work 2 of 3 major winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
• Time-off requests are limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday blackout periods
• First-time travelers are not preferred; at least one prior travel contract is strongly encouraged
