Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week contract in an IR unit serving both inpatient and outpatient populations.
Details
- Interventional Radiology unit performing minimally invasive procedures for inpatient and outpatient populations
- 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Alternating weekends with a call rotation
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
- BLS and ACLS (AHA only) required
- ARRT or NMTCB certification required
- SCRQSA certification required
- Proficiency with sterile technique required
- Must be able to properly position patients and perform radiographic examinations
- Must be familiar with and able to operate all radiographic equipment
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
- Duties include patient care, supply management, and equipment maintenance
- Expected to maintain professional standards and participate in continuing education and in-services
