Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/Radiology Tech with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week travel contract featuring 4x10-hour day shifts in a cardiac cath lab setting.

Details

• Work in a cardiac cath lab setting
• Patient ratios of 1:1 in the procedure room and 1:3-4 in prep/hold
• 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (schedule may be discussed during interview)
• Meditech EMR experience is preferred but not required for this specialty
• Impella experience is preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab/radiology tech experience required
• Active ARRT certification required
• Current BLS and ACLS required
• Active KY radiation license or compact license required upon start date; candidates with a pending license may be considered
• Candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible
• AHA-issued certifications required
• DOB, SSN, and 2 references required for consideration
• Flu vaccination required; no exemptions accepted for travelers
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are accepted, though prior travel experience is preferred
• Candidates may be subject to an on-site drug screen on the first day of the assignment
• Candidates may be asked to float in accordance with their clinical experience per facility policy
