Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of IR experience and ARRT certification for a 13-week contract in Ohio.
Details
- Position is based in an interventional radiology unit within an academic medical center
- 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a rotating day off
- Call requirement includes one primary and one backup weekday per month, plus one weekend every 6 weeks alternating between primary and backup
- Siemens imaging equipment is used in this position
- Epic EMR experience is preferred but not required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of interventional radiology experience required
- Current ARRT, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
- Proficiency with Siemens imaging equipment required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Perform a range of interventional radiology procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout
- Maintain accurate patient records in Epic
- No break period required between assignments when changing representation at this facility (exception: Sterile Processing Techs require a 30-day break)
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration
- All time off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
