Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with extensive OR experience for a night shift travel assignment at a large Level I trauma center.

Details

• Large Level I trauma center hospital setting
• X-Ray unit with exposure to ED, inpatient, outpatient, OR, and portable imaging
• Rotating 5/2 split schedule (5 on, 2 off, 2 on, 5 off)
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3x11.5 or 4x11.5 hour shifts depending on rotation)
• Every other weekend required
• Float within scope to ED, inpatient, outpatient, OR, and portable imaging as needed
• GE and Siemens X-ray equipment used
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
• Extensive OR experience required, including O-Arm
• ARRT certification required
• Acute care hospital experience required; large volume hospital preferred
• License required if applicable — pending licenses not accepted
• Must be able to work night shifts and every other weekend
• Must reside more than 25 miles from the facility to qualify for this position
• Two professional references required for consideration
• PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform X-ray imaging across a high-volume Level I trauma center, including OR cases with O-Arm, fluoroscopy, ED, inpatient, outpatient, and portable studies
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Travel pairs cannot be placed on the same schedule — no exceptions
• No time off during holiday weeks; RTO requests should be submitted as early as possible, preferably during the interview process
