Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of IR/Special Procedures experience, Epic proficiency, and ARRT-R certification for a 13-week travel contract in Greenville, SC.
Details
- Work in an Interventional Radiology unit at an acute care hospital setting
- Assigned to the Neuro IR team; Neuro experience is preferred but not required
- Schedule options: 4x10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) or 5x8-hour shifts Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- On-call required: one night per week and every 5th weekend, with a day off following call
- Floating to other units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs; staff will only float to units where competencies have been demonstrated
- Medication management via Omnicell
- Documentation via Epic EMR
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures
- ARRT-R required; ARRT-VI preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS required
- SC state license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- IR and Special Procedures experience required; Neuro IR experience preferred
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the Prisma Health Greenville flagship hospital to be eligible for this position
- Perform interventional radiology procedures including neuro IR cases as part of a specialized team
- 13-week contract assignment
