Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Operating Room position in San Antonio, TX, requiring at least 1 year of recent OR experience and on-call availability.
Details
- Located in an acute care hospital surgery department in San Antonio, TX
- Day shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM with on-call responsibilities included
- 13-week contract assignment
Requirements
- Active TX RN license or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent OR/surgical nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted) required; certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the start date
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply provided all experience and licensure requirements are met
