Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of experience for a night shift travel assignment in a hospital respiratory therapy department in Miami, FL.
Details
- Hospital-based Respiratory Therapy department
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active RRT license and certification required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy
- Must have active experience in the role within the last 6 months
- ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
- BLS required
- Two professional references required for this Florida position
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
- First-time travelers may be considered provided all experience requirements are met

I worked in the Respiratory department. The Respiratory manager Alex was a fantastic woman. She does all the on boarding education and she’s your number one person to call for any clinical information scheduling information. She was fantastic.
