Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with 15–18 months of recent acute care experience for a 13-week assignment at a hospital-based OT department in Cherokee, GA.

Details

• Acute care OT department within a hospital setting
• Supports patients across a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses throughout the hospital, based on physician orders
• Patient population includes ICU, stroke/neurological, orthopedic, and general debility cases
• 8-hour day shift, 8:30am–5:00pm, schedule may vary
• 5 shifts per week
• EMR: Cerner (OneChart)
• No on-call required

Requirements

• Active Georgia OT license required if applicable
• Minimum 15–18 months of recent Occupational Therapist experience within specialty
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
