Description
American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with lymphedema certification and 15–18 months of recent outpatient experience for a multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation setting in Cumming, Georgia.
Details
- Outpatient rehabilitation services setting within a multidisciplinary department including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology
- Specialty therapy services offered include CHT, wound care, lymphedema, vestibular, aquatics, sports, Parkinson's, MBS, and FEES studies
- 10-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM–6:15 PM, Monday through Friday; hours may vary based on department needs
- 13-week contract
- No on-call requirement
Requirements
- Current, active Occupational Therapist license (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 15–18 months of recent experience within the OT specialty
- Lymphedema certification required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license required
- Current permanent address required
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before placement
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
- AHA certification copies must be current and unexpired at time of consideration
- EMR experience should be documented within work history
