Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of outpatient experience and prior travel experience for a 13-week outpatient PT contract in Ohio.

Details

Outpatient physical therapy setting with a primarily orthopedic patient population
Caseload includes adults through geriatrics, with a notable volume of sports rehab patients
Typical diagnoses include neck/back pain, ankle sprains, total joint rehab, rotator cuff rehab, ACL rehab, knee arthroscopies, general arthritis, and some stroke rehab
Patient load of 8–10 patients per day with 45-minute treatments and 75-minute evaluations
Schedule is Monday–Friday, days only; no weekends
Shift options include 5x8s, 4x9s, or 4x10s (shift window 7:30a–5p), 40 hours per week
EMR: Epic (experience required)

Requirements

Active Ohio PT license required if applicable
Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient PT experience required
Previous travel experience required
Current BLS certification required
Epic EMR experience required
Ability to use electronic documentation

Additional Information

13-week contract with possibility of extension
Prefer candidates available for a 4x9-hour day schedule
No orientation hours specified
