Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Interventional Radiology position at a short-term acute care hospital in Florida, requiring at least 18 months of IR experience and a valid FL or compact RN license.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 180 staffed beds
• Interventional Radiology unit
• Responsibilities include circulating IR/IN procedures and caring for patients in the prep and recovery phases
• Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Floating required to all three system hospitals (within approximately 20 miles)
• On-call required; must be able to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call
• Block scheduling is not available
• Charting in Epic
• Free parking available in any unrestricted space

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required (pending license accepted)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of consideration
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start
• Minimum 18 months of IR experience required; 2 years preferred
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront, as RTO added after submission will likely not be approved
• White scrubs required
• This is a nicotine-free facility; all candidates must be nicotine-free with no exceptions — a negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) is required
• Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be prioritized promptly once an assignment is confirmed
• Candidates who have previously worked at any Cleveland Clinic location should be aware of system-wide assignment duration policies
