Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week inpatient rehab assignment working day shifts.
Details
- Inpatient rehabilitation unit at an acute care medical center in Northport, AL
- Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience, with at least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty
- Active state or compact PT license required; no pending or temporary licenses accepted
- License required if applicable
- No licensing violations or hits — past or current — permitted
- Current driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references within the last year required for consideration
- BLS certification required
Additional Information
- Focus of care is inpatient rehabilitation
- Meditech EMR is in use; prior experience not required
- No HealthStream modules required prior to start; competency-based modules will be completed during virtual orientation
- Local candidates are welcome and eligible at the same rates with no radius restrictions
