Description

American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and 3+ years of experience, including pediatric experience, for a 13-week inpatient/outpatient hospital contract in Ohio.

Details

• Inpatient (acute) and outpatient hospital setting
• Treats pediatric, adult neuro, and dysphagia populations
• Performs both evaluation and treatment of speech therapy patients
• Works closely with a multidisciplinary team, including co-treatment when clinically indicated
• Day shift, 36 hours per week, 4x9s schedule
• Schedule is likely Tuesday through Friday, subject to change based on facility need
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• CCC-SLP certification required
• Active and unrestricted Ohio SLP license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Pediatric experience required
• Current BLS/BCLS certification required
• Candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility

Additional Information

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide co-treatment with other therapy disciplines when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members across inpatient and outpatient settings
