Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Outpatient Oncology Clinic position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a NC or compact RN license, with day shifts and no weekend requirements.

Details

  • Outpatient oncology clinic setting
  • Role focuses on handling incoming patients — chemo and infusion administration are not part of this position
  • Day shift schedule: 8-hour shifts, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
  • 5 days per week, Monday through Friday
  • No weekend requirements
  • Possible floating between two clinic locations (Ballantyne and Matthews)
  • 13-week contract minimum

Requirements

  • Active NC or compact RN license required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Oncology experience preferred but not required

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Local candidates are accepted
  • Orientation is approximately 24 hours, with hospital orientation during week one — availability for classes each day during orientation week is required
  • Navy blue scrubs required; not provided by the facility
  • RTO is not permitted after booking and cannot be arranged on-site — call-offs or additional time off may result in contract cancellation
