Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Outpatient Oncology Clinic position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a NC or compact RN license, with day shifts and no weekend requirements.
Details
- Outpatient oncology clinic setting
- Role focuses on handling incoming patients — chemo and infusion administration are not part of this position
- Day shift schedule: 8-hour shifts, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- 5 days per week, Monday through Friday
- No weekend requirements
- Possible floating between two clinic locations (Ballantyne and Matthews)
- 13-week contract minimum
Requirements
- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Oncology experience preferred but not required
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted
- Orientation is approximately 24 hours, with hospital orientation during week one — availability for classes each day during orientation week is required
- Navy blue scrubs required; not provided by the facility
- RTO is not permitted after booking and cannot be arranged on-site — call-offs or additional time off may result in contract cancellation
