Description
American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an inpatient rehab assignment, with BLS and CCC-SLP certification required ā new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
Details
- Inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Patient ratio of 1:6
- Day shift schedule, 8:00am to 4:30pm (5x8-hour shifts), with some flexibility available
- One Saturday per month may be required
- No on-call, floating, or holiday requirements
- Charting via Cerner
- Free parking on-site
Requirements
- Current BLS certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- New graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply
- State SLP license required if applicable
- Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify
Additional Information
- First-time travel clinicians are welcome to apply
- Professional dress code required
- Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
- All time-off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial application
