Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry (Respiratory) night shift position in Tuscaloosa, AL, requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and an active AL or compact RN license with no license violations.
Details
- Night shift position on a Med/Surg Telemetry Respiratory unit (7 North)
- Shift hours: 19:00–07:00 (12-hour nights)
- 13-week contract
- EMR: Meditech (experience not required)
Requirements
- Active AL or compact RN license currently in hand — no pending or temporary licenses accepted
- No hits (past or current) on nursing license(s)
- Minimum 2 years of total RN experience, with at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references from within the last year required for consideration

- No HealthStream modules required prior to start; competency-based modules are completed during virtual orientation
