Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in the Texas Hill Country, requiring at least 2 years of experience and ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Details

• Hospital-based Medical Surgical unit in a newer facility
• Patient ratio of 1:5 on day shift and 1:6 on night shift
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Floating required to 2W, CDU, and ARU
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact RN license with TX privilege required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Med/Surg and short stay experience required
• 2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years required for consideration

• Located in Kerrville, TX — the heart of Texas Hill Country wine country, approximately 1 hour from San Antonio
