Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist for a home health and hospice setting in Vermont, providing in-home therapy services to maximize patient independence and safety.
Details
- Home health and hospice setting with in-home patient visits
- Serves a home care and hospice patient population
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Up to 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Vermont OT license required (license required if applicable)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Home health or home care experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Additional Information
- Provide in-home occupational therapy services focused on maximizing patient independence and functional safety
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team serving both home care and hospice patients
- DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
