Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position covering the greater Dayton, OH area, requiring at least 1 year of PT experience with an adult and geriatric patient population.

Details

Home health setting covering the Xenia, Fairborn, Beavercreek, Springfield, and Dayton geographic areas
Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
Productivity expectation of 7 visits/day or 35 visits/week
Monday through Friday schedule; no weekends required, though flexible scheduling allows weekend visits at the clinician's discretion
Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
EMR system is Home Care Home Base; training provided if the candidate does not have prior experience

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
Current state PT license required if applicable
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

Home Care Home Base EMR training will be provided on-site if needed
13-week contract assignment
