Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology (IR) position requiring Neuro IR experience, critical care background, and ECG interpretation skills.
Details
- Interventional radiology setting; all cases completed in the lab
- 10-hour day shifts, 7:30am–6:00pm
- 40 hours per week
- On-call rotation shared with core staff, with a 1-hour response time required
- 1–2 on-call shifts per week and 1 weekend per month
- EMR: Epic
- Maroon scrubs provided by the facility
Requirements
- Active VA or compact RN license required
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Neuro IR experience required
- Critical care experience required
- Must be able to read and interpret ECG strips and lethal rhythms (ECG exam required)
- Proficiency with IV placement and management required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Additional Information
- Candidates will be required to pass an ECG exam prior to placement
- 1-week unit orientation provided
- Holiday coverage expected (1 major, 1 minor holiday)
- 13-week contract
