Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Medical Surgical Float Pool position at a Level II Trauma teaching hospital, with night shift scheduling and first-time travelers welcome.
Details
- Short-term acute care hospital setting with 330 staffed beds
- Major teaching hospital and member of the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH), Level II Trauma designation
- Medical Surgical Float Pool unit
- 13-week contract
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Charting performed in Cerner EMR
- Free parking available in both a parking lot and parking garage
Requirements
- Active WV or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- PDF copies of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Black scrubs required; a Cabell-branded t-shirt may be substituted for the scrub top
- If assigned to Surgery, facility-provided surgical scrubs must be worn
