Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for an imaging support role in a hospital OR setting, providing vascular interventional radiology coverage with BLS and ARRT required.

Details

  • Imaging support role in the OR working vascular interventional radiology (IR)
  • 5x8-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Rotating call every 4th week
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Current BLS and ARRT certification required
  • VA license required; candidates with licensure in another state may be submitted with VA license pending (eligible for temporary licensure; note that standard processing time is approximately 8 weeks)
  • Both circulate and scrub experience required for OR-based roles
  • Epic EMR experience required for float pool and inpatient unit assignments
  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • Copy of DL and SSN card required for consideration
  • License required if applicable

Additional Information

  • Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must wait at least 12 months before returning as a traveler
  • Up to 40 hours of RTO available per 13-week contract
  • Candidates may be floated in accordance with their clinical experience per facility policy
