Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for an evening shift position at a Level I Trauma academic medical center, requiring at least 2 years of experience and relevant MRI certifications.

Details

• Level I Trauma academic medical center setting
• MRI unit serving adult ICU, pediatric, and adult acute care patient populations
• Evening shift, 5x8 hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• 13-week contract
• Cerner charting preferred but not required
• Siemens and McKesson imaging system experience utilized in this role
• On-call, weekend, and holiday coverage (at least 50% of holidays during the contract) required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year of MRI specialty experience
• Level I Trauma center experience required
• Experience with adult ICU, pediatrics, and adult acute care patient populations
• Current BLS, and either ARRT or ARMRIT certification
• Active MO or Compact license required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Must be able to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs

Additional Information

• First-time travelers may be considered if they have at least 2 years of Level I Trauma experience
• Cerner charting experience is preferred
• Local candidates within 75 miles of the facility are eligible at a reduced pay rate
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront
