Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with ARRT Mammography certification and 2+ years of experience for a day shift outpatient imaging position in Lutherville, MD.
Details
- Outpatient breast imaging center setting
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Performs routine and complex mammographic procedures under general supervision in consultation with a Radiologist
- Participates in scheduling procedures for the Breast Imaging Center
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience
- ARRT Mammography certification with current registration required
- Maryland Board of Physicians Radiography license required (license required if applicable)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or equivalent (typically a 2-year college or technical program)
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- Performs mammographic procedures of both routine and complex nature
- Trains and evaluates other technologists in performing mammographic procedures
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
