Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Emergency Department travel assignment in Manhattan, KS, requiring a valid KS or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience.

• 18-bed Emergency Department setting
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30 (12.5-hour shifts)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
• ACLS certification preferred (AHA-issued)
• PALS certification preferred (AHA-issued)
• TNCC preferred (renewed every 4 years)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• CPI or MOAB De-Escalation training preferred (online portion to be completed prior to start; on-site portion completed at orientation)
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
• Driver's License, two professional references, and copies of certifications required for consideration
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Ceil blue scrubs required
• CPI/MOAB on-site high-risk training will be completed during orientation
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced local pay rate
• COVID vaccination is not required by this facility
