Description

American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist at a critical access hospital, with a block schedule of 4x10 hour day shifts Monday through Thursday and Epic EMR experience required.

Details

  • Work in a critical access hospital with 23 staffed beds
  • Block schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Weekends and on-call are not required
  • Patient ratio of 1:1
  • GE MRI machine used on unit
  • Charting via Epic (experience required)
  • No parking fee

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience required
  • Active ARRT (MR) or equivalent licensure required; license required if applicable
  • BLS required
  • Proficiency with GE MRI equipment
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
  • SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply for this position
  • Travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
  • Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
  • Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; all time-off requests must be disclosed prior to submission, as post-offer RTO requests may be denied
  • Scrubs of any color are acceptable; OR/L&D scrubs are provided
