Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Arizona, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and Charge Nurse experience.

Details

• ICU (Intensive Care Unit) setting
• 12-hour shifts with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• May be required to work up to 48 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active AZ or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS, and Conscious Sedation
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• Charge Nurse experience required

Additional Information

• Travelers may be required to float to other departments in which they are qualified, including taking a patient load or performing task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and phones
• Orientation is held on Mondays only — missing the compliance deadline will result in being pushed to the following Monday's orientation
• RTOs for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's will not be approved
• Conscious Sedation certification can be obtained through the facility for a fee of $187.50 if not already held
• COVID-19 vaccine is not required for this position
