Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehab unit, requiring at least 1 year of experience and current BLS certification for a 13-week day shift contract.
Details
- Inpatient rehabilitation unit setting with potential to flex to acute care as needed
- Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday (5x8), with start times of 7:30, 8:00, or 8:30 AM
- Required to work 1 in every 3rd weekend, with a compensating flex day during the week to maintain 40 hours
- Patient ratio of 1:6
- Charting is done in Cerner
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active PT license required by start date; pending license may be accepted if active by start
- Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- Gray scrubs required
- Must provide 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
- All time-off and scheduling requests must be disclosed upfront at the time of consideration
- Block schedule (Monday–Friday) is available
