Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Level III NICU position in Billings, MT, requiring at least 1 year of NICU experience and an active MT or compact RN license.
Details
- Level III NICU at a regional hospital in Billings, MT
- Night shift, 12-hour shifts (3 days per week, 36 hours per week)
- Epic EMR used for charting
- Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
- On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required
Requirements
- Active RN license in Montana (MT license or compact license) — no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required
- Current AHA BLS required; must not expire prior to start date
- NRP required (as appropriate for NICU)
- ASN from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred
- DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting
- Performs health teaching, counseling, and monitors therapy and treatment plans
- Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Candidates who have been permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least one year to be eligible
