Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for an evening shift position at a magnet-designated academic teaching hospital requiring ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification.
Details
- 186-bed magnet-designated academic teaching hospital
- Evening shifts, Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM (schedule may vary as needed)
- 5x8-hour shifts per week
- At least one on-call shift required per week
- Charting in Epic
Requirements
- Active ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required; state license required if applicable
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
- Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 2 years to be considered as a traveler
Additional Information
- Navy scrubs required
- Free parking available in any unrestricted space on campus
- Flu vaccine is required; declinations are not accepted
- COVID vaccine and booster required; religious and medical exemptions are accepted
- RTO is capped at 7 days and any approved time off must be added to the end of the assignment
- Travelers are expected to participate in natural disaster or emergency response activities as required by the facility
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position due to the academic medical center setting
